Features of our Cleanroom Monitoring System

• All cleanrooms are equipped with Dwyer magnehelic pressure gauges to indicate each room’s pressure relative to adjacent rooms
• An electronic Digital Monitoring System (DMS) is available as an optional feature

Digital Monitoring System (DMS) Capabilities

System Components

• The DMS consists of a PLC/HMI and sensors in each room.

Monitoring Capabilities

• The system monitors and records temperature, pressure and humidity.

Airflow Control

• The DMS controls and monitors airflow from each fan filter unit (FFU).

Building Management System (BMS) Compatibility

• The DMS is compatible with most Building Management Systems (BMS), but additional equipment may be required.
