Standard and Custom Bottom Rail Options
The 100 series comes standard with a 4” bottom rail but is readily available with optional 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12” bottom rails.
Hinges and Threshold Considerations
Standard doors come with offset pivot hinges, one at the top and the other at the bottom. Exterior doors require the use of a threshold (4” wide by ½” high, smooth surface).Optional continuous mechanical hinges are available, allowing the door to be supplied without a threshold.
Locking and Handle Options
Exterior doors are supplied with an MS lock (keyed outside and ADA thumb turn inside), a classic-style push/pull handle, and glazing with .220” thick acrylic or polycarbonate. Paddle handles are available by special order. Dummies can be installed in place of the keyed lock. Special order doors may also be supplied with no provisions for locks, meaning the door would only have a push/pull handle.
Glazing Materials and Customization
Doors are glazed with .220” thick acrylic or polycarbonate, offering durability and visibility. Additional glazing options may be available upon request to meet specific cleanroom requirements.
