Standard and Custom Bottom Rail Options
- The 100 Series comes standard with a 4” bottom rail
- Optional bottom rail sizes: 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12”
Hinges and Threshold Considerations
- Standard doors include offset pivot hinges (top and bottom)
- Exterior doors require a 4” wide by ½” high smooth-surface threshold
- Optional continuous mechanical hinges available, allowing doors to be supplied without a threshold
Locking and Handle Options
Exterior doors come with:
- MS lock (keyed outside, ADA thumb turn inside)
- Classic push/pull handle
- .220” thick acrylic or polycarbonate glazing
Special order options:
- Paddle handles available upon request
- Dummy locks can replace keyed locks
- No lock provisions (push/pull handle only)
Glazing Materials and Customization
- Doors are glazed with .220” thick acrylic or polycarbonate for durability and visibility
- Additional glazing options available upon request to meet specific cleanroom requirements
