Material & Construction
- Made from extruded aluminum shapes unique to TCA
- Panels are glazed with clear or white opaque acrylic sheets (other colors available by special order)
- Standard aluminum color: White (can be custom painted to any RAL color with additional lead time)
Sterile vs Non-Sterile Room Designs
Sterile rooms:
- Feature patented radius corners for easier cleaning
- Include extended bases allowing flooring to be coved up to 6 inches
Non-Sterile rooms:
- Do not include radius corners or extended bases by default
Customization:
- Any room can be designed with or without these features based on requirements.
Regulatory Compliance
- Walls can be designed to meet California HCAI requirements
